MYSTERY TOURBILLON

There are only 18 timepieces worldwide. The watch has a base price tag of $1.3 million, which amounts to R24.4 million. King Mswati III is one of the few owners of this timepiece, which boasts 35.41 carats of rare stones.

However, the watch has an alligator strap, 18k white gold and several diamonds. The watch is made up of 430 components, which makes it stand out from the rest.

THE GRAND BAGUETTE DIAMOND

King Mswati III owns one of the six ever-made Jacob & Co Grand Baguette Diamond timepieces. However, the watch boasts 761 diamonds adorning the case and dial. No doubt it’s a futuristic timepiece with five-time zone dials.

Surprisingly, Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the six owners of the R18.9 million timepiece.

BRILLIANT ART DECO

One of King Mswati III’s flashiest timepieces from Jacob & Co is an R17.3 million Brilliant Art Deco. Reports have it that it’s a unisex watch boasting an 18k white gold set and 219 baguette blue sapphires.

However, the watch also has a crown and 48 white baguette diamonds.

JACOB & CO GHOST

Dubbed as one of the bizarre but pretty-looking timepieces, the Jacob & Co Ghost is unique and sporty. However, the watch has two models, the G5 and the GT5. The 2011 model has quartz movements and an analogue face.

It boasts an LCD screen that shows five time zones. The timepiece has a base price of R11.3 million. Surprisingly, King Mswati III’s four watches have a market value of R71.9 million. However, the rumour mill has it that he has several watches that cost a fortune.

NTFOMBI TFWALA’S R14 MILLION WATCH

In 2023, King Mswati III’s mother, Ntfombi Tfwala, hogged headlines when she was spotted wearing a Jacob & Co Astronomia Solar Baguette timepiece. However, the watch has Rose Gold and 382 baguette white diamonds. Only 18 pieces have hit the market. The watch has a base price tag of R14.2 million.
