Co-ed group Kard made their return yesterday with the release of their fifth mini album “Re:” featuring title track “Ring the Alarm.”

The mini album includes six tracks: four new songs and two instrumental songs, one for “Ring The Alarm” and another for “Break Down,” which all four members had a hand in writing.
DSP Media’s Kard consists of boys BM and J.Seph and girls Somin and Jiwoo. The group officially debuted as a quartet in July 2017 with the EP “Hola Hola.” Prior to their debut, they released a trio of single works “Oh NaNa,” “Don’t Recall” and “Rumor.”
Their last project before “Re:” was in August 2020 with the three-track album “Way With Words” and music video for “Gunshot.” Member J.Seph enlisted in the military the following October and was discharged this last April, ending the group’s hiatus as he finished his mandatory service. BM, who was born in Los Angeles, is an American citizen and did not have to enlist.
During their two year break, BM released in June 2021 an English-language solo song titled “Broken Me,” a predecessor to his album “The First Statement.”

DSP Media announced Kard will venture to South America for a tour starting in July. Countries currently announced include Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.
