In the first video, the customer explained how she had purchased a family block of Cadbury Tropical Pineapple Chocolate earlier this month, but was amused to see that it had no fruity filling.

“There’s nothing in it,” she said. “It’s literally a Cadbury shell, with no filling.”

In the second video, the shopper said she’d shared her discovery with Coles, who had kindly sent her a $5 gift card – which she proudly showed on screen.

The most recent video shows her walking through the Coles aisles to spend her voucher. However she was quick to admit the critical error she made in a previous video.

“Guess what, I’m at Coles and I’m gonna use that $5 voucher,” she said.

“First of all, I’m well aware that one of you might have used the code because it was leaked.

“Knock yourself out! If you are that desperate to go and use my code, I hope you got something really good for it.

“I guess I’ll find out when I go to pay.”

After heading to the chocolate aisle, the shopper was pleased to find Cadbury Tropical Pineapple in stock.

“Here they are, oh my god they’re on special. They’re normally $5.50. What a score, $3.85,” she said.

“Let’s see, does it feel whole? The right weight? $3.85, let’s get it.”

At the checkout, she discovered that one of her followers had in fact used the $5 that Coles had sent her after seeing the code on the gift card.

“Moment of truth … It’s not working, oh my god it’s not working. That is hilarious,” she said as she attempted to scan the card.

“Oh my God, card not accepted – you little buggers, one of you have used it.

“But you know what? I forgive you, have it. That was hilarious.

“And for all of you who think I actually took this seriously … Gosh, life is tough mate. Give yourselves a break and have a laugh.”
