When is Black Friday 2021?

Black Friday is today, November 26 this year – the day after the American holiday of Thanksgiving, celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November.

But Black Friday sales are rarely kept to one day, and some brands and retailers start to drop prices a fortnight in advance. GoPro’s own Black Friday deals usually mean a big saving on the company’s Hero8 Hero9 cameras, and this year is no exception, with savings of more than £268 on top-tier bundles.

Is GoPro taking part in Black Friday this year?

Yes, it is. GoPro usually does Black Friday deals, and they tend to start slightly before the end of November. Last year, you could get your hands on a GoPro Hero7 (which is no longer sold through the GoPro website) for its cheapest price ever, as well as a GoPro Hero8 for under £280, and a Hero9 for under £330. Other stockists will also have sales on GoPro cameras so it’s worth shopping around for the best deals.

Customers shopping on GoPro’s own site can expect free standard shipping on orders over £50.  This standard service should offer a 2-3 day delivery. If your order is below £50, you’ll need to pay a £5 fee. There is also an Express delivery service, which costs £10. That option should deliver your order the next next day. GoPro also offers free returns on orders to the UK, the EU and other countries including Norway and Switzerland.
