NEET PG Counselling 2023: Round 2 registrations begin today on mcc.nic.in, how to apply

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is scheduled to commence the NEET PG Counselling 2023 Round 2 registrations against the All India Quota (AIQ) today, August 17. Candidates who did not get a seat in the first round may apply for the second round counselling of NEET PG 2023.

The committee has also extended the resignation deadline from Round 1 till August 18, 2023, up to 5 PM. “Resignation from Round 1 seat is being provided upto 05:00 PM of 18.08.2023,” reads the official website.

The last date of registration for the second round of counselling is August 22, 2023. Candidates can check out the below-mentioned steps to know how to register online for the NEET PG 2023 second-round counselling.
How to apply for NEET PG Round 2 Counselling 2023?
Step 1: Visit the official website at mcc.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the New Registration link given under Candidate Activity Board.
Step 3: A new window will appear, enter your login details and login.
Step 4: Now proceed with filling up the registration form for Round 2 counselling.
Step 5: Upload the required documents and submit the form.
Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take its printout for further use.

According to the schedule, the choice filling and choice locking will be done from August 19 to August 22, 2023. The seat allotment will be processed on August 23 and August 24 while the NEET PG Round 2 counselling seat allotment result 2023 will be released on August 25, 2023.
Thereafter, candidates who will be assigned seats in the second round will have to upload documents on the candidate portal on August 26 and they will have to report to their allotted colleges/institutes between August 27 and September 4, 2023.
