28GO Go Bar Triple Choc Protein recalled from Woolworths supermarkets over foreign matter

A protein bar sold at Woolworths supermarkets nationwide has been recalled following the discovery of foreign matter.

On Tuesday, Food Standards Australia issued a recall notice for Arrotex Pharmaceuticals 28GO Go Bar Triple Choc Protein 55g due to the presence of plastic.

The impacted batch was sold at Woolworths in-store and online and features the best-before date of 28/06/2024.

No other batch is affected.

“Consumers should not eat this product,” it said, adding that it “may cause illness or injury if consumed”.
