Alyssa Farah Griffin Compares 2024 Election Cycle to ‘Hell’

The View co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin called the 2024 election cycle her personal “ninth circle of hell” after learning about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s admission about a dead parasite in his brain.

The New York Times first reported this week details from past depositions in which Kennedy described experiencing “brain fog” and then seeing a doctor who found a dark spot in his brain. Kennedy said the dead “worm” was likely gotten through eating undercooked pork while doing humanitarian work in India where parasites are more common.

Kennedy has no problem discussing the brain worm, telling the Times he fully recovered from the cognitive problems he said the worm had caused. On X, formerly Twitter, he also wrote, “I offer to eat 5 more brain worms and still beat President Trump and President Biden in a debate.”

While the hosts of The View discussed the story, Griffin, a former communications official in Donald Trump’s administration, said it was the latest jaw dropping development in an election cycle she likens to hell.

“This whole news cycle and election is my ninth circle of hell from Kristi Noem murdering her puppy to Trump on trial and the Stormy Daniels to this, it’s crazy!” she said.

She argued the one positive about Kennedy’s third party presidential bid is that he could lure more Trump voters than Joe Biden supporters.

“Before you roast RFK too hard, it’s now showing that he may take more votes from Donald Trump than Joe Biden,” she said.

“Sure because they both have weird brains!” Joy Behar added.

Behar pressed her co-host to commit to voting for Biden, saying she “has to,” given the choices. Griffin threw a shot at Biden in response, saying it feels like the president is “campaigning like he’s running for Parks and Rec” instead of another term in the White House.
