April Ooi Food Review: Victoria Park’s Qin’s Lanzhou Beef Noodle 

If you’ve been to East Victoria Park recently, you will have noticed the enormous line of people crowding around a certain new hand-pulled noodle shop. Even three weeks after its grand opening, Qin’s Lanzhou Beef Noodle is drawing long lines, with waits from 30 minutes to an hour.

When we were finally seated, we knew exactly what we wanted. They hand you menus while you wait in line to quicken the whole noodle-to-table process. Then once I ordered, it was like watching a YouTube video at double speed. The waiters were frantic, the service was sharp, and the sides were served instantly.
