The AIAPGET exam was conducted on July 31, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Results for the same were announced on August 19. Registration and payment, as part of round 1 counselling, can be done from September 26 to October 2, 2023.
During this time, participants can also fill in their choices for seat allocation, which will be open from September 27 to October 2, 2023, with the deadline at 11:55 PM on the latter date. After this, choice locking will take place from October 2, 2023, from 11:55 PM to 2 PM. The processing of seat allotment will occur between October 3 and 4, 2023, and the results of seat allotment will be announced on October 5, 2023. Finally, participants who receive an allocation will need to report to their allocated institute between October 6 and 13, 2023.
Fee details
The AACCC will create a seat allocation list considering registered candidates’ merit positions and preferences. Once candidates are assigned a seat in the AIAPGET 2023 counselling round 1, those wanting to keep their allocated seat will be required to provide their documents to the assigned institute. Students will have to log in to their registered accounts and indicate their choice if they do not wish to proceed with the assigned seat.
Upon completion of round 1, in the round 2 of AIAPGET 2023 counselling, registration and payment will be open from October 19 to 24, 2023. During this period, candidates are required to fill in their choices for seat allocation. Tentatively the choice-filling window will be opened from October 20 to 24, 2023. Seat allotment results can be expected to be released on October 27, 2023. Those who receive an allocation will need to report to their designated institute between October 28 and November 6, 2023.
