While it’s been a rapid vulpine-like evolution since West Aussie Benn Hooper and his wife Sarah took over a Hobart brewery in 2019, local craft beer lovers have clamoured for the WA outpost ever since the news broke that Fox Friday was taking over the Burswood brewpub left vacant when Blasta Brewing moved a two-minute stroll down the road.
