The Bills remain Super Bowl contenders despite a Stefon Diggs trade adding to an offseason filled with departures.
Buffalo’s Lombardi Trophy odds dipped only slightly after the Bills sent the star receiver to the Houston Texans on Wednesday for a 2025 second-round pick via the Minnesota Vikings, going from +1200 to +1400 to win next year’s Super Bowl at BetMGM Sportsbook.
They had been even with the Detroit Lions for the fourth-best odds on the board. The Bills are now tied with the Cincinnati Bengals and Texans, who saw their Super Bowl odds skyrocket after the trade, with the fifth-best odds.
The San Francisco 49ers (+600), Kansas City Chiefs (+650) and Baltimore Ravens (+900) make up the top three.

Diggs, 30, is just the latest talent to exit the Bills as the franchise tries to escape salary cap hell.
Buffalo has lost three pieces of its defensive secondary – safeties Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer and cornerback Tre’Davious White – as well as No. 2 receiver Gabe Davis, who left for the Jacksonville Jaguars in free agency.
Diggs is owed $75 million over the next four seasons, including $18.5 million guaranteed this year.
The Bills hang on as the favorite in the AFC East – a division they’ve won in four straight seasons – but a pair of teams are close behind.
Buffalo (+160, FanDuel Sportsbook) barely edges out the Miami Dolphins (+170) for the top spot in the division with the New York Jets (+240) lingering as well.
Betting on the NFL?
The team finished the season at 11-6 and fell short of a Super Bowl berth again, following a divisional-round heartbreaker to the eventual champion Chiefs in January.
The Bills have made the playoffs five times during the Josh Allen era but have yet to make a Super Bowl appearance despite being a consistent contender over the past half-decade.
