The City of Wanneroo will move its Australian citizenship ceremony from Australia Day to January 27.
Former Wanneroo CEO Daniel Simms made the decision in September after consultation on August 29 with the council, the festival and cultural events committee and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community reference group Ni Kadadjiny Koort.
