Dana White rejoices after arrest made in attempted break-in

A man appearing to attempt to break into a home of UFC boss Dana White has been arrested in Maine.

Early Monday morning, White posted a photo on his Instagram stories of a man that his home’s security system captured attempting to break down his front door.

“This f–kface just tried to kick my front door in Levant, Maine,” White wrote. “I will [pay] 2500 dollars to the first person to let the police know who he is.”

In another slide, White posted a video of the suspect attempting to kick the door down multiple times, failing to make any headway.

Then, the man saw that he was being recorded, made an attempt to cover the camera and ran away.

Later Monday, White declared victory.

“Thanks to Law Enforcement in Levant!! Appreciate you guys. They got em,” he wrote in his stories.

“Thanks to everyone that called and helped.”

The Penobscot Sheriff’s Office confirmed to TMZ that a suspect has been arrested, and that “everybody is safe.”

White, 54, has presided over UFC since 2001, entering as president under Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta’s ownership, and has stayed in the role after the fight promotion was acquired by WME.

In 2021, White explained his belief that sports fans do not want political opinions intertwined with sporting events.

“They don’t want to hear that,” he told Sean Hannity on Fox News. “They don’t want to hear what your opinions are or who you’re voting for, what you’re doing, they want to get away from everything in their life and they want to focus on two, three, four hours, however long the sport is when you turned it on.”
