When Wilson Area High School senior Gavin Partridge drove in the Warriors’ first run against Delaware Valley Regional in the second inning with a grounder that ricocheted off the second base bag and into left field, the catcher knew someone was looking down on him.
“That was him,” Partridge said looking skyward after Wilson rallied for a 6-4 non-league victory.
