A man accused of shooting at police during a harrowing chase through Perth’s south-eastern suburbs on Thursday has faced court in nothing but a hospital gown, with a magistrate raising concerns as to why he was discharged from hospital.
Desmond Lee Kirk, who has links to the Bandidos bikie gang, faced Armadale Magistrates Court late on Friday afternoon on 17 serious offences after he was arrested when the allegedly stolen truck police say he was driving came to a crashing halt.
