Megan Fox’s fans were left scratching their heads over a bizarre mirror selfie she posted to Instagram on Wednesday.
The picture, doubling as a branded post for a hair product, sent followers flocking to the comments declaring that they couldn’t recognise The Transformers star.
In the selfie, a flawless Fox appears to be bare-faced, apart from a coat of mascara, showing off 26 inches of luscious blue hair.
She rocked a raunchy black bralette and pyjama bottoms with her abs on full display.
While the post was shared to promote her healthy-looking locks, fans were more concerned about her appearance, suggesting the image was produced by AI and that she simply did not look like herself.
“This does not look like Megan Fox AT ALL. AI doing its thing again 🥱,” one follower wrote.
“…..I didn’t know who the hell I was looking at until I read the account name…..wtf???,” another said.
“This isn’t Megan Fox 🤣,” a third chimed in.
In recent months Fox has made headlines after calling off her engagement to rapper Machine Gun Kelly, with a close source revealing the pair had decided to “live separately”.
The whirlwind relationship, during which the couple revealed they had drank each other’s blood, wore vials of each other’s blood around their necks and tattooed their names on one another turned sour in February last year.
Earlier this year a source close to the pair said while Fox lives in Malibu, California and MGK in their Encino mansion, “friends around them don’t see them completely ending the relationship as they truly change their minds every day.”
