I favor the Browns in this situation. Although the Broncos traditionally enjoy one of the most formidable home-field advantages during this season, the Browns are well-equipped to perform effectively in cold weather.
In my view, Denver’s recent success in turnover margin is unlikely to be sustained. The offense, on the other hand, remains lackluster at best, and this trend is expected to persist against the Browns, who currently top the defensive DVOA rankings this season.
Despite reservations about betting on a rookie quarterback on the road, I anticipate that the Browns won’t rely heavily on Dorian Thompson-Robinson in this game. Given the Broncos’ 31st rank in DVOA against the run and 30th rank in rush EPA this season, Cleveland is likely to emphasize a run-heavy strategy, leaning on its strong offensive line and formidable defense.
