Claire Hamel pitched a four-hitter and Sadie Ardito launched a home run as Ridgewood defeated Northern Highlands, 4-1, in Ridgewood.
It was the fifth straight win for the Maroons, now 8-3.
Hamel struck out two batters and didn’t issue a walk.
Ciara Murray struck out 10 in a three-hitter for the Highlanders (4-9) and drove in their only run.
