Roger Cook has upped the rent on his North Fremantle apartment, but the Premier says he knocked back a higher bid because he and his wife wanted to keep the price below market value.
Mr Cook and his wife Carly Lane put the apartment, which features balcony views of the coastline, back on the market last month for $825 — up from $775.
