Housing market ‘supercycle’ tipped to surge values by 30pct

Perth property prices could increase by a whopping 20 to 30 per cent over the next three years, thanks to a once-in-a-generation “supercycle”.

That’s according to one of WA’s leading housing experts, who said the boom, which typically occurs once every 30 years, would be driven by a chronic undersupply of homes.
