A MAN born with two penises has revealed how he could use both for sex.
The Los Angeles truck driver, known only as Tank, said women he has slept with have had very mixed reactions.
He has a condition called diphallia, when you are born with two appendages, which runs in his family.
Having been in a juvenile detention centre since the age of 12, he first had sex when he was 24 and his partner was surprised by his extra member.
He told Soft White Underbelly: “Women didn’t believe it when I told them I had two d***s, but then I took them to the room, they’d see.”
Diphalia is an incredibly rare condition that affects around one in six million babies.
Around 100 cases have been reported globally since the first was identified in 1609.
Doctors often remove the extra penis shortly after birth but can leave it on in some cases, as happened with Tank.
Depending on how the penises have formed internally, some men can urinate or ejaculate out of both.
Tank said he found it difficult using just one penis during sex because the other also needed stimulation.
One former partner became “hooked” on his extra member, he claimed.
Tank said: “She wanted to be a porn star and she wanted us to do a video together. I probably would have made a lot of money.”
However, others found it too painful if he used both, making it difficult for them to have relations.
For the most part, his condition proved problematic in the bedroom.
He decided it was best to get one of the penises removed so he could have a more normal sex life and not impact his partners as much.
He said: “I decided to get the surgery. It would hurt some women.”
