Earlier this year, Depp was photographed in Turin, Italy, exuding a distinctly bohemian vibe as he directed his new film ‘Modi’, centered around the artist Modigliani. Sporting a rasta beanie, a camo jacket adorned with a Che Guevara patch, and long hair flowing below his shoulders, Depp embodied a free-spirited aesthetic.
However, recent exclusive pictures capture a stark contrast as Depp arrived at a small UK movie premiere for ‘Jeanne Du Barry’ on Monday night. Donning a slim-fitting Dior suit and sporting trimmed short hair, Depp showcased a polished and refined look, indicative of a notable weight loss.
Sources close to Depp reveal that he has been residing in London for some time, attributing his cleaner lifestyle to the city’s influence. One insider states, “He’s been living in the UK while editing ‘Modi’ and has been living a cleaner lifestyle than at times in the past.”
The actor’s transition to a more groomed appearance coincided with his involvement in another advertising campaign for Dior’s best-selling fragrance, Sauvage, hinting at a deliberate image shift.
In ‘Jeanne Du Barry’, Depp takes on the role of Louis XV and delivers lines in French. The film is set to release in the UK this Friday and in America next month, following its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last May.
