Liberal MP Peter Collier plans to meet with the family of an Indigenous 10-year-old boy who took his life while in State care, saying the tragic case reflected poorly on society’s attitudes towards Aboriginal people.
The boy was living with relatives approved by the Department of Communities, but tragically died by suicide on Friday night.
