This year’s first Saturday Lotto Superdraw has ushered in a new WA millionaire, with one fortunate player claiming their slice of the $20 million division one prize.
The winning ticket, sold from Here’s Luck Lottery Centre in Cloverdale, was worth a cool $2.8 million.
There were seven devision one winners nationwide: two from New South Wales, two from Victoria, and two from Queensland, plus the one in WA.
Across the State, 16 players have won division two prizes, each valued at more than $10,100.

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers said Saturday night’s winner is one of six West Australian division one ticketholders in 2024 who have all shared in more than $5.7 million in prizes.
“Last year, 65 per cent of WA’s division one wins were thanks to Saturday Lotto, and almost half of those wins were from special events like Superdraws,” she said.
“The WA community is also a winner thanks to tonight’s draw, with more than $3.8 million from ticket sales going towards Lotterywest’s grants program.
“WA players make Lotterywest grants possible, like a $60,000 grant provided to the City of Gosnells to support their Spring into Summer event series, including today’s Lunar New Year celebration.”
