A Kelmscott real estate agency has been slapped with a $7000 fine after selling a first-homebuyer the wrong property.

It was only when the buyer moved into her Camillo home, in Perth’s south-east corridor, that it was discovered the lot number on her First Home Owners Grant application did not match official records.
