A Perth artist has painted a beautiful portrait of reality TV sensation Abbie Chatfield in an attempt to capture her “vulnerability”.
Sid Pattni, who has gained an incredible 22,700 followers on Instagram, painted the 28-year-old while she was on tour in WA.
“I caught up with @abbiechatfield a few months ago while she was on tour in Perth. She kindly gave up an afternoon to hang out and sit for this painting,” Pattni captioned the post.“Being in the public eye has placed her at the centre of endless analysis and critique. I wanted to explore the impact of that by delving into Abbie’s selfhood when the spotlight is turned away. This portrait captures a quieter moment of introspection and vulnerability.”
Chatfield was in awe of the piece, saying “Oh my god!!!!!! So amazing!!! You’re so incredible!!!” when she saw the completed painting.
Pattni has painted other famous, including Beyonce’s sister Soland and American singer SZA, with some portraits selling for upwards of $10,000.
The picture received lots of love in the comments, with users impressed by the finer details.

The former Bachelor contestant was in Perth in May for her Trauma Dump show.
This show, which she brought to Perth Concert Hall, shared her experiences with her own brand of wit and humour, and gave audience members the chance to share their own.
