Premier Roger Cook ‘not familiar’ with holiday travel clause in Agent-general John Langoulant’s contract

Agent-general John Langoulant’s contractual entitlement to taxpayer-funded airfares for holidays is to ensure parity with other State Governments, Premier Roger Cook has declared.

But, Mr Cook confessed he “was not familiar” with the clause in the agent-general’s contract that permitted the travel, despite appointing Mr Langoulant to the role in 2021.
