Qantas guilty of unlawfully standing down worker who raised safety concerns over Covid flights

Embattled airline Qantas has been found guilty of illegally firing a longstanding employee over his health and safety concerns at the beginning of the pandemic.

Qantas was accused of acting illegally when it stood down health and safety representative Theo Seremetidis, who raised concerns about cleaning aircraft inbound from China early in the Covid-19 pandemic.
