Rebecca Judd: AFL WAG is seeking professional help for terrifying spider phobia

AFL WAG Rebecca Judd reveals she is seeking professional help over her intense phobia of spiders.

On Friday, the TV presenter and influencer shared a post on Instagram stories, asking her 761,000 followers for advice on using a hypnotist for a phobia, and whether their experience was useful.

‘Random from me. Have you used a hypnotist for a phobia and did it work?’ Bec captioned the Q&A post.

After sharing some of her follower’s answers, Judd revealed the reason for her query stems from a growing fear of spiders.

“Keep ‘em coming. Think I might need to book in.

“I’ve smashed two iPhones from throwing them across the room when someone’s spider videos randomly upload on Instagram when I’m scrolling.

“That content needs a trigger warning. It’s like I’m holding a huntsman spider in my hand. Kill me.”

“So I think it’s time for some proper help,” she finished her post by adding.
