Rental crisis: Perth’s rental vacancy rate plunges to record low of 0.4 per cent

Perth’s vacancy rate has dropped to a record low of 0.4 per cent in March, with less than 2000 properties available across the city amid surging population rates.

The latest Real Estate Institute of WA figures show the vacancy rate has dropped by 0.2 percentage points from the previous record of 0.6 per cent set in December 2022.
