The Rajasthan Subordinate Service Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the revised final results for Lab Technician and Radiographer posts.
This recruitment drive by the Rajasthan Subordinate Services board, aims to fill a total of 2, 177 posts of Lab Technician and Radiographer. The registration round for the current recruitment drive was open from June 18, 2020 to July 02, 2020.
Recently, the Final results for the recruitment was announced on the official website of the recruitment board at rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Candidates can check the previously released Final result noticehere.
The result notice stated, “In connection with the ongoing recruitment process, due to a shortage of eligible candidates in the non-scheduled field of Lab Technician, a list of 283 candidates has been compiled, categorized based on their preferences, for document verification. Additionally, candidates with specified application numbers, writ petition numbers, and names have been included in this list for an initial eligibility check and document verification. It is crucial to note that these lists are provisional, and a separate communication will follow to confirm the eligibility of these candidates and proceed with document verification. Following this process, eligible candidates will be selected according to the advertised posts and preferences, categorized appropriately. The Board will recommend the names of the selected candidates to the Medical and Health Department for appointment in accordance with the established rules.”
Today i.e December 18, 2023, the RSMSSB released a revised notification for in response to the earlier final result document. The new list contains revised results. The official notice reads, “The Board released a notice for the recruitment of Lab Technicians and Assistant Radiographers in 2020. After considering preferences for 959 non-scheduled area posts and 99 scheduled area posts, they selected 699 candidates from the non-scheduled area and 16 candidates from the scheduled area for Assistant Radiographer positions. Their recommendations for placement were sent to the department.
The Board cancelled a previous order (No: F6 (632) RSSB/IT/LTAR/2020/369, dated 06/12/2023) related to 61 vacant posts in the non-scheduled area for the Assistant Radiographer position (EWS and MBC categories).
They have now finalized the selection for these posts, including remaining OBC candidates from the main list. Recommendations for their placement are being sent to the Medical and Health Services in Rajasthan, Jaipur. The application numbers of the selected candidates are provided below.”

Eligibility criteria required
