Schools across WA warn parents that teachers will be using ‘right to disconnect’ from 3.45pm every day

Parents with kids at WA Catholic schools are being put on notice they should not expect a swift response if they email a teacher late at night or on a weekend.

As students headed back to school last week, principals have been notifying parents a “right to disconnect” clause has been enshrined in the Catholic school teachers’ employment agreement for the first time.
