Singer Shannon Noll drags dying teen from car after fiery crash near Casino, NSW

Singer Shannon Noll has come to the aid of a dying woman, pulling her from a car that crashed into a tree and burst into flames in northern NSW.

The sedan was travelling on Ellangowan Rd at Ellangowan when it left the road and hit the tree about 8.50pm Saturday.

Emergency services were called to the crash site where Noll had stopped to help.

The passenger, an 18-year-old woman, was pulled from the car by Noll who began preforming CPR until paramedics arrived, The Daily Telegraph reports.

Unfortunately, the woman was unable to be saved.

The 18-year-old man who was driving the car was trapped in the fiery wreckage and died at the scene.

Noll’s manager Paul Paoliello confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au that Noll had provided assistance.

“I can confirm Shannon did provide assistance last night and he is obviously quite shaken up by what happened,” Paoliello said.

Noll added in a statement that “last night was a tragedy”.

“I just reacted and did what I could to assist the young woman at the scene. Our prayers and condolences go out to their families at this terribly sad time.”

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
