Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth ‘kiss and make-up’ with sweet gesture

After weeks of trolling each other on Instagram, Eben Etzebeth and his rugby bestie, Siya Kolisi, have seemingly kissed and made up. The Sharks and Racing 92 player are known for their silly jabs on social media.

In recent weeks, Eben Etzebeth and Siya Kolisi have been leaving hilarious troll-worthy comments under each other’s Instagram posts.

This, after the Springbok captain left his club of, the Sharks, to play in France for Racing 92.

But it seems Eben has finally come around to his bestie playing in another team. Over the weekend, the larger-than-life player posted an Instagram Story praising Siya’s performance.

Taking on his first Champions Cup game, Siya stood out for his star performance against Harlequins.

During the game, Siya – who played for a full 80 minutes-  helped set up one of Racing 92’s four tries against their opponents.

Beaming with pride, Eben posted a clip of his friend’s game with the words: “Yster” and a fire emoji. Siya reposted the IG Story with a trio of heart emojis.

FRIENDS FROM WAY BACK

While Siya Kolisi and Eben Etzebeth are big on being trolls of each other, they’re also each other’s number-one supporters.

Siya told SA Rugby Mag that he met his Bok bestie years before both joined the Springboks.

He said. “We’ve come a long way together … we met at Craven Week, we were both 18.

“He’s one of the reasons I moved to Western Province and was one of the first friends I had who spoke Afrikaans.
