South Perth locals have spoken against proposed plans for a new Wesley College boatshed to be built along the South Perth foreshore, with one resident accusing the school of “making a grab for prime riverfront land”.
Last year Rowe Group applied on behalf of Wesley College and Penrhos College to demolish and replace the existing Wesley College boatshed at Sir James Mitchell Park.
