STM Loves: 10 Nights in Port, Coffee Heads, Heartwood facial massage and the Print Award

Walyalup/Fremantle is getting ready for its annual winter festival and we are feeling warmer just thinking about it. There’s bound to be something to lure you out of hibernation — from Crackle, an exhibition of “whimsical sculptures of fire”, to eclectic musical gigs in Freo’s great venues, including the new country hotspot Honky Tonk, and a community potluck dinner at the Town Hall where everyone brings a plate. The festival runs from August 10 to 20, check out the program online.

Move over McDonald’s, there is a new drive-through in town, and it’s serving dishes dreamt up by a top chef. Coffee Heads in Vasse has finally opened its doors, or should we say window, and will make the drive down south even nicer with great coffee, toasties, eggplant parmigiana rolls and plenty more tasty treats.
