Premier Roger Cook will deliver an apology to Aboriginal West Australians who were dudded over decades in the stolen wages scandal as part of a long-awaited, $180.4 million compensation settlement.

The settlement was reached earlier this month, more than three years after lead applicant Mervyn Street lodged his statement of claim in the Federal Court and a class action mediation ensued.
