We’re not even in the midst of winter and I’m already growing sick of styling the same black, grey and beige items on repeat—but, whilst the grey clouds remain a permanent feature, I’m not yet in the mood to integrate all that much colour into my wardrobe. So, this season I’m working through my predicament by stocking up on my current favourite shade that captures the cosy essence I’m after, without dominating my look: Rich brown. Encapsulating the mood this season, the warm chocolate shade has been cropping up on all of our favourite influencers and celebrities as of late, after making an impact on the autumn/winter runways.
Whilst I’ve been tempted by espresso-brown jumpers and almond-coloured coats, this winter I’m eager to freshen up my accessory rotation with the year’s favourite neutral.
