Bill Granger, best known as the ‘godfather’ of avocado on toast, has died aged 54. During his three-decade career Granger popularised a distinctive Australian-style breakfast, which he took around the world with his own cafes and restaurants. Over his career, Granger wrote 14 cookbooks and made five television series.
