UPSC IFS Final Result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final results for the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2023. The announcement follows a rigorous selection process that began with the written exam held from November 26th to December 3rd, 2023, and concluded with personality test interviews held from April 22nd to May 1st, 2024.

It’s important to note that three vacancies for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) could not be filled due to a lack of suitable candidates and will be carried forward to the next recruitment year.
Final appointments will be made by the government based on the number of available vacancies and subject to candidates fulfilling all eligibility criteria and completing necessary verifications. As reported by the government, there are a total of 150 vacancies available, including eight specifically reserved for PwBD candidates.
The UPSC offers a “Facilitation Counter” for candidates seeking information or clarification regarding the examination or recruitment process. This counter is located near the Examination Hall Building on the UPSC campus and operates on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Additionally, the results are available for viewing on the UPSC website (www.upsc.gov.in). While the results are available now, individual candidate marks will be uploaded to the website within 15 days of the result declaration.
