A WA-born reality TV star claims she was sexually assaulted while on her morning walk.
Bachelor winner Ellie Rolfe took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the terrifying moment a man groped her in broad daylight.
“I was just on my morning walk and this boy probably around my age (30) rode his bike past me and said hey to which I acknowledged politely,” Ms Rolfe said.
“Then he followed me around the block twice and circled back and rode up behind me and fully groped my ass.
“It knocked my phone out of my hand coz it gave me such a fright and I looked up and he just zoomed off on his bike!”
The 30-year-old Geraldton woman — who rose to fame after being picked by one of three bachelors vying for love on season 11 — was left shocked and scared, saying she wasn’t “even safe on a bloody morning walk in broad daylight”.
“No words! Like wtf! How is that okay in your head! Huge mental health advocate and you never know what someone is going through BUT this is just utter disrespect and scary!
“It is never ok to inappropriately touch anyone with consent.”
The vile incident follows days of rallies across the country calling for an end to violence against women.
Thousands of protesters marched, demanding that the governments across the nation do more to stop violent men after at least 27 women have been killed by men in Australia so far this year.
