The West Coast Eagles might have finished at the bottom of the ladder but these new dads are flying high with plenty of new arrivals ready to take advantage of the father-son/father-daughter rule.

Star forward Jack Darling is the latest to announce a new bub is on the way with a post to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon.

“Four becoming five,” the caption read. “Two very excited big brothers waiting for their new best friend.”

The gorgeous photo showed Darling smiling down at son Max, 4, while beaming wife Courtney hugged son Leo, 3.

Nic Naitanui’s partner Brittany Bown, who announced her second pregnancy this month excitedly commented on the news: “The most beautiful family ❤️”.

Naitanui’s son Ezekiel was born in 2022, with Bown getting pregnant just five months after he was born.

Fellow forward Jamie Cripps and wife Liv just welcomed their second son on August 17.

Cripps and Liv made the joint baby announcement with a photo posted to both their Instagram accounts.

“Lance Owen Cripps. 14.08.23”, they captioned the image. Lance is a sibling to Reif who will turn three in September.

In April, Lily and Tom Cole announced they were having a baby with a series of ultrasound pics.

Lily showed off a cute budding baby belly with the caption: “The post-wedding/honeymoon come down never arrived (minus the constant nausea). Our baby.”

Tom Barrass and his partner Nadia Rosa also welcomed their second son Benson Edward Barrass in March.

Nadia shared two photos of the baby boy to her Instagram with the caption: “BENSON EDWARD BARRASS 💙 2/3/23 Our hearts are so full of love.”
