One day after throwing a perfect game against Haddonfield, Collingswood’s Piper Wright was nearly untouchable again as she fired a one-hitter in a 2-0 win over Maple Shade in Maple Shade.
Wright struck out 15 and allowed just one walk to help Collingswood improve to 8-8. She also went 2-for-3 with a double and scored both runs for the Panthers, one in the first and the other in the sixth.
