Police will launch an internal investigation – in parallel to a homicide squad probe – following revelations officers did not attend the home of a Perth woman who called police shortly before her alleged murder.
But police have stressed such an internal investigation is “standard practice” whenever someone dies several days after they have been in contact with that person.
